It seems, sometimes, that our space is overwhelmed and consumed.

Constant work, noise, deadlines, and keeping up with a relentless search and pursuit.

There’s a sense that connection, enjoyment, and purpose are lost to the screeching declaration of mediocrity, “This is as good as it gets.”

What a pleasure to be wrong.

Because there is also, magic. In between everything.

Believe it. Expect it.

Food is big. It’s cultural. It’s personal. It’s communal. It is not a compromise to be managed. It is one of life’s true pleasures. Beautifully delicious food experiences are a celebration, quiet or loud. They are the reason for getting together to share stories, challenges, triumphs, and moments. That kind of magic is perhaps the most significant of all.

We started in a kitchen. For our own, specific reasons and challenges. No brand, no company. Nothing beyond the need to create and solve. Our conviction was that exceptional food was not too much to ask for. So we kept going. Nearly a decade later, we still haven’t stopped.

UMYUM is not the alternative. It’s the evolution. We create beautifully delicious food experiences that just happen to be plantbased. The methods we use are the same as those that built traditional foods. Just a different beginning.

We are not here for the apology or compromise. We are here for the moment you take a bite and turn to the person beside you, to say, “Wow, that’s good. You have to try this.”

That moment is UMYUM. And that is what beautifully delicious food experiences are all about.

UMYUM is for people audacious enough to choose magic.
